Patrick L Neville Jr. is an Enid native. He graduated from Enid High School in 2003. He then attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated summa cum laude in 2007 with B.A.s in Political Science, English Literary and Cultural Studies, and Philosophy. He received an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of Oklahoma Graduate College in 2009.

Neville attended the University of Virginia School of Law where he studied labor and employment law and litigation. He volunteered with the Virginia Department of Employee Dispute Resolution representing state employees in the grievance hearing process and, upon graduating, received the School Pro Bono Certificate of Recognition. He also worked on the editorial boards of the Virginia Journal of International Law and the Virginia Journal of Law and Politics and clerked with the United States Attorney's Office for the Western District of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City.

Neville interned with Gungoll, Jackson, Collins, Box & Devoll, P.C. in January 2012 and joined the firm as an associate in August 2012. He roots for Oklahoma football and basketball and the Oklahoma City Thunder, is an avid follower of politics, and enjoys playing poker and blackjack in his spare time.
