Benjamin (Ben) McCaslin was born and raised near Guthrie, Oklahoma. He graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Throughout his undergraduate studies, Ben worked for an environmental management company that specializes in hazardous materials emergency response.

Upon graduating from college, Ben attended Oklahoma City University School of Law on a merit scholarship. While in law school, he served as a Staff Member for the Law Review and was named to the Faculty Honor Roll and Dean’s List every semester. In addition, he received the CALI Award of Excellence in Copyright Law. Ben earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2016, graduating with highest honors.  He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Oklahoma, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Ben’s practice areas include personal injury law, insurance law, and general civil litigation. He has significant experience representing clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies, at both the trial and appellate court levels.  

While not in the office, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and playing tennis.
