Personal:
Michael E. Smith focuses much of his time on matters in litigation in both state and federal courts. Having been in practice for over 30 years, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the firm and manages the Oklahoma City office. He practices in the areas of insurance, trucking, product liability, aviation and employment litigation, as well as worker's compensation issues and other types of personal injuries.

Smith is a native of Oklahoma City and graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Business Administration. After spending time in the business world, he attended Oklahoma City University School of Law and was admitted to practice in 1978. . He is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
