Jesse W. Beck is from a small agricultural and ranching town in southern Oklahoma.
He received his B.S. from the University of Oklahoma in 1968 and his J.D. in 1971 from the O.U. College
of Law, where he was a member of the Dean's Honor Roll, the Law Review and was Topic Editor his
Senior year.
He began his practice in Enid with the firm of McKnight & Gasaway in which he became a partner
in 1973. His areas of practice included oil and gas, hospital law, business entities, banking law, real
estate and collections. In 1998, he left the firm to become General Counsel for several corporations
in Oklahoma City and in 2008, he joined Gungoll Jackson in an Of Counsel position and is in the
firm's Oklahoma City office.
